The infamous Tsarnaev brothers, who just last week set bombs at the end of the Boston Marathon have a lot in common with the equally infamous traitor Judas Iscariot, who betrayed Jesus Christ. Let me explain. In Leonardo Da Vinci’s famous painting The Last Supper, most all of the disciples are pictured, asking our Lord: “…is it I?” …after Jesus announced that one in their presence would betray Him. That is, everyone except Judas, who is sitting there, holding the bag, and looking like the proverbial “deer in the headlights,” because he already knew the betrayer (himself), hence he had no question or concern. A similar pattern developed in relation to the Boston bombings. As the FBI reviewed surveillance footage and carefully examined the reaction of the crowd just after the bombings, nearly everyone turned around and looked in the direction of the explosions. That is, most everyone EXCEPT (you guessed it) the Tsarnaev brothers who kept on walking and did not turn around since the explosion was not a shock to them, but signalled mission accomplished.
